Extensions For Unemployment Benefits End March 27, 2010, Avoid Being A Victim!
The Senate passed a bill in the amount of $138 billion, March 11, 2010, to extend unemployment benefits for approximately 15 million claimants. The Senate felt it would be cruel to cut the unemployed off with the job market as it is. On the other hand, Congress could care less about the people that rely on their benefits to merely exist. Knowing that 15 million folks are at the mercy of Congress should tell you it’s obvious that, you need to take control of your life and secure your own future if you want to avoid ever becoming one of their victims.
Perhaps Congress has a miss guided view on the job market, though the unemployment rate is not increasing, it is not decreasing either, so does Congress view this as a victory? Nope, I think that statement gives Congress to much credit. The truth is they just don’t care! Why should they, these individual’s have secured a position in life that guarantee’s long-term benefits such as: A, more than, Comfortable Retirement Package, Continued Health Benefits and No Job Lose due to Age or the Economy. Heck, we’ve even seen, on TV, that some get paid while sleeping through conferences that are addressing National issues.
Financial security is first and foremost on everyone’s mind, isn’t that why we go to work? Unfortunately, unless you own or have interest in the company you’re not secure! Yet we still go work long hours, for low pay, put up with office politics and deal with eccentric bosses. Now with that being said, if you can put forth the effort to endure life as you know it, think what the same effort would get you if you worked for yourself at something you actually enjoyed.
Stop being a Victim and be an Entrepreneur, take control of your own life. Take Online Marketing for instance, did you know that within a few years 132 million people, in the US alone, will be shopping online. This is why Internet Entrepreneur’s are making so much money and securing their future.
Fortunately, the internet’s growth is something that Congress cannot restrain. However, for would be Internet Entrepreneur’s there are issues that could potentially land you right back into being a victim. There are important factors you need to know before attempting any internet business venture, especially if you have no prior experience as was my situation. Google every prospect, because I guarantee every video or article will sound like the opportunity of a lifetime, until you Google it!
Here’s a few tips, I learned, for those who are entertaining the idea of becoming an Internet Entrepreneur:
1) Google each possible venture.
2) Carefully read the comments (note the most common issue, evaluate severity).
3) Disregard Offers That Claim “You Will Make Thousand’s Of Dollar’s Doing Nothing”.
4) Check For Hidden Costs, What You Need To Start Should Be Included And Stated Up Front.
5) Platforms Considered Should Have Support, Training And Mentoring.
Even if being an Internet Marketer, as I am, is not for you my tips apply to all pursued Internet ventures. Fortunately, I found an opportunity suited for me, realizing “I Am The Only One I Can Count On” I have taken control and am securing my future, never again to be downsized. I hope you’ll do the same.
Best Wishes,
Tammy
